Book an online appointment in 4 easy steps!
Online therapy is available to all residents of Missouri and Wyoming
Select a Service
If you are a first-time client you will be required to choose the First Appointment option. If you are a returning client with a current client portal you can log-in to your portal and choose an appointment slot online (portal access has been sent to you through email).
Select a Location
All appointments are conducted online through the Video Office. You will receive a link to this office through your email once you have completed all 4 of the steps in setting up an appointment.
Select Date & Time
Choose a date and then a time from the calendar. You will then automatically be taken to the next step.
Complete the information required to set up your first appointment including the “How do we say hello?” and “Reserve your appointment with a card section”. Then click, “Request an appointment.” This will automatically send an email to our office to confirm or deny the appointment. You may leave the webpage as now it is up to Pillar Counseling to follow up with you through email regarding your appointment.
Note: Your card will never be charged until after your appoitment. Additionally, if you would like to utilize your insurance you will receive paperwork for that after your appointment as been confirmed with Pillar Counseling.
Online Booking for Children/Minors
If you are a parent/guardian setting up an appointment for a minor you must put the child’s name in the first name and last name of the “How do we say hello?” section but include your (parent/guardian) email and phone. Additionally, when you receive the documentation through email you must be the one to complete the paperwork. Once the appointment is confirmed you will be required to be a part of the first appointment so that you, your child and the counselor can discuss all concerns and go over all documentation together.
